The specialties of this brasserie, nearly four centuries old, offer you products from the Notre-Dame market, as well as products from our regions of France and wines from our carefully selected winemaker friends by Franck.

Since its beginnings in the 17th century, the restaurant Au Petit Marquis, located on Place du Marché in Versailles, not far from the Palace of Versailles, has embodied the elegance and tradition of French gastronomy. Restaurateurs for several generations, Nathalie and Franck, with their passionate team, perpetuate a friendly and family atmosphere, true to the brasseries of Les Halles, while adding a touch of modernity and refinement.

At Le Petit Marquis, every detail is designed to offer a unique culinary experience: three elegant rooms with different decorations, a pleasant terrace for lunch or dinner outdoors with a view of the Palace of Versailles, a modern bar, as well as an exceptional wine cellar offering a selection of French wines and champagnes carefully chosen by Franck in collaboration with talented winemakers.

Our refined French cuisine, prepared using fresh produce from the Notre-Dame market and our French regions, evolves with the seasons and according to the inspirations of our chefs. Signature dishes such as the Petit Marquis-style beef tartare, grilled rib-eye steak, turbot fillet meunière, and homemade desserts like rum baba, chocolate profiteroles, and the "Délice de la Marquise" raspberry tart offer our guests a truly authentic French gastronomic experience.
